DM Flow is a web-based automation platform that allows Instagram Business Account holders to configure and manage automated responses to direct messages and comments triggered by user-initiated interactions, using Meta's official Instagram Graph API.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DM Flow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

By using DM Flow, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta Platform Policies, Instagram Terms of Use, and all applicable laws
• Use the Service only for legitimate business communication
• Ensure that all automated messages are lawful and non-misleading
• Avoid spam, harassment, or deceptive practices

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use DM Flow to:

• Send unsolicited, bulk, or spam messages
• Circumvent Instagram or Meta safeguards
• Engage in harassment, abuse, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Collect or misuse personal data

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DM Flow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee message delivery rates, account growth, or protection from Meta enforcement actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DM Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. No Affiliation with Meta

DM Flow is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
